The Role
Working alongside an existing support administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and client support to a Financial Consultant. Duties include:
*Maintaining and updating client records on the firm’s back-office system
*Liaising with providers to obtain and chase policy information
*Preparing client packs, review letters, valuations, and portfolio summaries
*Assisting with processing client instructions, including encashments and new business
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and completing paperwork accurately
*Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient adviser workflow


About You
To be considered, you must demonstrate:
*Previous experience within an IFA or Financial Planning practice (essential)
*Excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
*Confident communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with clients and providers
*Strong IT literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
*A trustworthy, positive and "can-do" attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
