Job Title: IT Service Management Analyst
Location: Newcastle
Purpose of Role
Provide a key link between the various functions of IT from an internal and external vendor and relationship aspect.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitor IT budgets, perform variance analysis, and report risks/issues.
*Raise and track licensing issues for IT services and projects.
*Support procurement for services and license renewals (e.g., Microsoft).
*Handle Finance queries (forecasting, journals, recharges) and supplier escalations.
*Maintain accurate supplier details and payment records.
*Contribute to process improvements and IT governance standards.
*Support IT onboarding for new businesses/sites.
Skills & Experience
*Strong understanding of IT service and contractual processes
*Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
*Keen interest in IT service deployment across a global organisation
