We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our client based in Norwich.
In this role you will be responsible for growing and managing a group of affiliate partners to support lead generation and business growth. Reporting to the Paid Media Lead, the position oversees one direct report and works closely with internal teams to manage budgets, track performance, and ensure compliance. The role requires strong Excel skills, as it involves regular data analysis and manipulation using data from a variety of sources, reporting and budget tracking to inform strategic decisions and optimise campaign performance.
Role responsibilities

o Manage one direct report.

o Support development and performance of team member.

o Manage a closed group of ~15 affiliates, with plans to grow.

o Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates.

o Ensure affiliates comply with approved promotions, creative assets, and company guidelines.

o Work with Paid Media Lead and Head of Digital to manage affiliate budget.

o Support lead generation forecasting aligned with monthly business targets.

o Review weekly and monthly performance of affiliates (leads, revenue, cost of sale).

o Identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.

o Work closely with digital, marketing, compliance, and legal teams.

o Communicate channel performance and strategic opportunities to business stakeholders.

o Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.

o Ensure all activity adheres to legal, compliance, and GDPR standards. 4. Performance Measures & Accountability

o Achievement of monthly lead and revenue targets through affiliate channels.

o Cost of sale within budgeted parameters.

o Growth in number and quality of affiliate partners.


What we are looking for
Degree in Marketing or Business related field
*Intermediate Word and Excel skills, Visio would be desirable
*Experience managing affiliate programs in B2C or lead generation businesses.
*Budget management and forecasting
*Recruiting and managing publisher/affiliate relationships
*Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
*Results-driven with a commercial mindset
*Ability to manage stakeholders across departments
? The role requires travel nationwide, with some overnight stays.

? Flexibility required as occasionally required to work outside of normal working hours and at weekends.
