Mortgage & Protection Adviser
*London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office, **

The Opportunity
They are looking for an experienced **Mortgage & Protection Adviser** to join their expanding team. If you enjoy solving complex cases, giving quality advice, and working in a collaborative, tech-driven environment, this role could be a perfect fit.
What you’ll do
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Run virtual client meetings and deliver a first-class client experience
*Work closely with our Mortgage Support Team to process cases smoothly
*Build strong relationships with referrers and develop new opportunities
*Contribute to the growth and direction of our mortgage business
What you’ll need
CeMAP (or equivalent)
*3+ years’ whole-of-market mortgage advice experience
*Strong track record in high-volume mortgage environments
*Great communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident handling complex cases and providing compliant advice
Desirable (not essential)
*Protection advice qualification/experience
*Scale-up experience
*Webinar or presentation experience
