Job Description:
6-month Temporary contract.
We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join an established team within the Education sector on a Temp basis.
Based in Liverpool, the position will partner closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver key strategic goals and KPIs.

Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders to build capability, embed a positive performance culture and promote line manager accountability. You’ll manage complex ER cases, support organisational change including restructures and TUPE, and develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including trade union representatives. You will contribute to cross-functional projects, prepare senior-level reports, deliver training where required, support policy development and play an active role in improving HR and OD processes and systems.
Profile
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the Education sector or a similarly complex environment.
* Strong expertise in managing complex employee relations issues and advising managers confidently.
* Experience supporting organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and fixed-term contract management.
* Credible stakeholder management, with the ability to influence leaders, managers and union representatives.
* Ability to contribute to projects, produce clear reports and support policy and process improvements.
* Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.
