Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Secondary)
Location: Various locations in Hampshire
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary (Choose your own schedule)
Salary: £100-£130 a day.
About the Role
We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team and support secondary schools by supervising classes during teacher absences. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to classes across a range of subjects.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Provide support and guidance to students during lessons.
* Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* Previous experience working with young people (desirable).
* A proactive and flexible approach to covering different subjects.
* Degree-level education or relevant experience is an advantage.
