Family Legal Secretary – Leeds
Are you a Legal Secretary with experience in private family law, looking to join one of Yorkshire’s leading law firms?
A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Legal Secretary to join a well-established, multi-office regional law firm at its Leeds office.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working in private family law, supporting Solicitors with matters such as divorce, financial settlements and private children cases.
The Family Law Department handles a broad range of work, including both private and legal aid matters, with a particular focus on divorce, finances and children-related issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Managing diaries efficiently
*Typing audio and copy documents accurately
*Taking minutes and filing documents
*Handling incoming calls
*Assisting with the preparation of court documentation
*Providing essential support to the Solicitor
You’ll be working closely with a Solicitor in a highly regarded family law team, assisting with a caseload focused on private law family matters.
