Multi-Skills Learning Coach
Location: Manchester | Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) | Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus £4,250 car allowance.

This is your chance to make a real impact by guiding learners through their Foundation Apprenticeship and helping them thrive.
What You’ll Do
*Coach and inspire apprentices to develop the technical knowledge and skills needed for success in construction roles.
*Manage and teach a caseload of Level 2 learners on Foundation Apprenticeship programmes.
*Deliver engaging lessons on basic Brickwork, Plastering and Carpentry and Joinery skills (i.e. mixing cement, cutting techniques, tool management etc.) to classes of approx. 10 students.
*Mark assignments and apprenticeship tasks to ensure quality and progress.
*Observe practice and provide constructive feedback to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in construction or related trades
*Up-to-date industry knowledge. *Required Knowledge:
*Health and Safety regulations
*Construction techniques of Brickwork, Plastering and Carpentry and Joinery
*Industry standards and regulations
*Onsite trades materials and components
*Previous teaching experience in multi-skills / construction.
*Hold (or be willing to work towards) relevant teaching qualification.
*A genuine passion for developing others and sharing knowledge.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver high-quality teaching / coaching.
*Desirable: *Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
*Knowledge of government-funded training and apprenticeship standards.
