Job Description:
Job Title: Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor
Location: Greater Manchester (Local Authority)
Hourly Rate: £50 - £55 per hour (via umbrella company)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced junior lawyer to join a GM-based Local Authority on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in general civil litigation, ideally with experience in Adult Care debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle a variety of civil litigation matters within Adult Social Care.
*Advise on debt recovery cases and related legal issues.
*Provide clear, practical legal support to the Local Authority team.
Requirements:
*Qualified solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience.
*Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes.
*Previous experience in Adult Care debt recovery is highly desirable.
