In addition to a starting salary of up to £40,000 depending on qualifications and experience, you will also be rewarded with:

*Daily and weekly PPMs
*Fire alarm testing
*Emergency light testing
*Water treatment
*Electrical maintenance
*Plumbing
*Mechanical maintenance
*Fabric repairs
This multi skilled maintenance role is the ideal position for an engineer who likes to be busy and loves client interaction.
For this multi skilled maintenance engineer role we are looking for:
*A level 2 or 3 in a trade (Electrical or mechanical)
*Building services maintenance experience
*Experience of conducting PPMs
*Reactive maintenance experience within a commercial office building
*Strong communication skills
*Good IT knowledge of CAFM systems
