RP Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in their search for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys producing high-quality financial reports, working with stakeholders, and driving consistency across accounting processes.
The Role
As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in preparing, presenting, and standardising financial reporting across multiple portfolios. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external advisors while applying your strong technical accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all reporting activity.

Key Responsibilities
*Produce and present financial reports in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
*Lead the delivery of standardised reporting across the accounting team.
*Review and analyse accounting data across multiple clients using Xero, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and cut-off adjustments.
*Review VAT returns for accuracy and provide constructive feedback to accounting staff.
*Liaise with external advisors on financial information.
*Provide training and support to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
*Assist wider operational teams in effectively utilising cloud-based accounting software.
About You
*AAT qualified or part-qualified applicants considered with relevant experience
*Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and accounting standards.
*Experience with VAT, including partial exemption.
*Must be a proficient user of Xero.
*Investigative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Highly competent with Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
*Confident delivering training both in person and remotely.
