Financial Accountant (3-6 Month Contract) - Aerospace Sector Fareham - Hybrid
£400 - £450 per day (umbrella)

A leading organisation within the aerospace sector has an immediate requirement for a fully qualified Financial Accountant to join the team on a 3-6-month contract. This role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and home working, with 3 days per week based in Whiteley and 2 days from home.
Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities *
Prepare annual reports and statutory accounts in line with IFRS

Support month-end and year-end reporting activities
*
Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation
*
Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial statements
*
Assist with technical accounting queries and process improvements
Requirements *
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*
Strong experience producing statutory accounts under IFRS
*
Background in financial reporting within complex organisations
*
Confident working with auditors and senior stakeholders
*
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
