We’re supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Scheduler to join their team in Fareham.
*Role: Production Scheduler
*Duration: 9 months
*Pay: £22 - 27.50 p/hr (Inside IR35)
*Location: Titchfield, Fareham (Fully onsite)
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of high-priority components through a complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Tracking the progress of critical parts through the manufacturing process
*Identifying bottlenecks and coordinating actions to remove delays
*Working closely with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain and Engineering
*Hand-carrying units where required to expedite priority work
*Communicating timelines, risks and priorities across multiple departments
*Supporting recovery plans for customer escalations

Key Skills & Experience:
*Background in Aerospace, Defence Aviation, MRO or complex manufacturing environments
*Experience as an Expeditor, Production Scheduler, Production Planner, or similar
*Confident working on the shop floor and engaging with multiple teams
*Comfortable with fast turnaround expectations and shifting priorities
*Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple critical workstreams
