JobMaster Ltd. ("the Company", "JobMaster", "we") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its services. This policy is intended to detail in a transparent and in-depth manner the manner in which personal information is collected, processed, stored and shared, and your rights in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13 to the Law.
 
1. Applicability of the policy
This policy applies here to:
  • The website www.jobmaster.co.il
  • Mobile applications
  • For automatic matching services such as Ai-Master
  • Advertising services, premium, newsletters, SMS, email messages, etc.
  • Internal services for employers within the framework of cvMaster, etc.
Does not apply to information provided outside these services (telephone calls, face-to-face, etc.) or to third-party services that are not under the control of JobMaster.

  • Site usage: pages viewed, jobs reviewed, applications, browsing times.

  • Feedback/status from employers on applications.
  • Cloud services, analytics, storage, advertising through provider partners.
3. Purposes of use of information
  • Providing job search and advertising services Jobs.
  • Improving user experience (personalization, AI).
  • Sharing resumes with employers with your consent.
  • Managing your account and technical support.
  • Sending notifications and updates (newsletter, SMS).
  • Analyzing usage, improving and planning future services.
  • Security and fraud prevention.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance.
4. Use of resumes and sharing with employers
  • Stored in a dedicated database.
  • Transferred only with the user's consent when submitting an application.
  • Retention: Up to 24 months from the date of last activity, or for deletion at your request.
  • After this time: information will be deleted or made anonymous.
  • Internal access only for authorized employees.
5. Use of automated processing / artificial intelligence
  • Systems like AiMaster operate on algorithmic processing.
  • You can request that the decision consideration be based on human review only.
6. Your rights as a data subject (in accordance with the amendment 13)
  • Right to access: to receive personal information about you.
  • Right to rectification: to correct incorrect/incomplete information.
  • Right to erasure: to remove personal information and resumes.
  • Right to portability: to receive information in a readable format for copying/transfer.
  • Right to object to certain processing, such as targeted advertising.

7. Information security
  • Encryption of sensitive information.
  • Strict access control.

  • To employers, cloud services, advertising, statutory authorities, etc. - with your permission and in accordance with the law.
  • Services such as sending resumes, storage, mailing - in accordance with legal agreements.
9. Transfer of information to other countries
  • If necessary, information is stored or processed on external servers abroad.
  • This is done while maintaining legal protections (such as SCC) in accordance with Israeli law.
10. Cookies and tracking technologies
  • Use of cookies for the purpose of website operation, analysis, adaptation, advertising.
  • Cookies can be managed/blocked via the browser or website.
  • Blocking may affect ease of use.
11. Retention of information
  • Information is retained only as long as required for policy purposes or by law.
