Company profileThe AMR Group was founded in 1995 by Alan Mead who had been working in the property industry for over 20 years. Alan’s aim was to provide employers in the Property, Estate Agency and Financial Services sectors with the best candidates for their business by using his wealth of experience in the industry to identify the most talented individuals.The company quickly thrived and within five years had also expanded into a franchise group, offering clients and candidates hands on local knowledge and in all four corners of the Country.The AMR Group now has 15 offices, ensuring almost all counties have local representation. The result is a nationally-recognised company which boasts country-wide recognition and impact, while maintaining its local expertise.Each office, while working closely with the other offices in the AMR network, is run as a business in its own right ensuring that personal service is offered to all its local clients and candidates. Geographical specialisation and knowledge is important to us, ensuring that not only are we experts within the country’s property, estate agency and financial services sectors, but we also understand it even more, within our local areas.Unlike any other recruitment company in the property sector, we endeavour to meet, face to face, with every candidate whose registration we accept. Why?
