Lisa always wanted to be her own boss. So, after 15 years working in recruitment in a variety of roles, she took the plunge in 2015 and set up Isca Recruitment in her home town of Exeter. Since then, the company has grown from strength to strength, with Katie and Jo coming on board as Co-Directors in 2017. Together, they work hard to provide a great recruitment experience for both candidates and clients, free from the constraints of KPIs and targets. Each bring over 40 years? experience in the industry, and appreciate the value of offering a personal, transparent service. They also offer a wealth of local knowledge, which goes a long way to fulfilling their mission of finding the ?perfect match? for candidates and clients.
