After a prolific career in recruitment spanning over 30 years in various organisations including Capita for the past 17 years, Michael Page and Robinson Keane, I have formed a brand-new practice to provide clients with bespoke and personal recruitment solutions across a wide spectrum of Finance roles. Throughout many years I have built and grown a large network of loyal Finance Professionals of the highest calibre in the UK, ranging from Junior Level Finance Professionals to Senior CFO level. In an ever-changing work place environment where it can be hard to predict trends, Jane Gorse Recruitment Solutions are there to offer practical support, recommendations and advice both to clients and candidates, across the full end to end recruitment cycle. Our view is that to deliver results, it is absolutely imperative that advisers respond efficiently to the needs of their clients and understand the key drivers of change. Much of this can only come from a professional with many years of experience across different economic climates. As the founding director, I am a highly motivated and experienced recruitment leader with a very strong track record of delivering high profile, end-to-end recruitment solutions. I always listen carefully to the needs of clients, and then respond to the requirements of the role(s), offering senior and expert advice on how to find, attract and deliver the right candidates into the organization. Over time, I have demonstrated a proven ability in developing numerous trust-based stakeholder relationships lasting many years, founded on outstanding professional quality and timely delivery. I can draw upon numerous examples of clients returning to me time and again to find the right candidates, sometimes for seemingly the most obscure and challenging roles. Jane Gorse Recruitment Solutions is also collaborating with a small handful of likeminded and bespoke niche recruitment professionals, to ensure that clients and candidates achieve best in class service. I am currently working with a number of high-calibre Finance Professionals of all levels who are immediately available to provide interim cover, or seeking permanent roles.
