We have particular expertise in providing housing and services for older people and our portfolio includes purpose-built retirement properties available for rent, shared ownership and leasehold. Our motto ?living longer, living better? underlines our objective of providing safe, secure and affordable homes that residents want to remain in, with the option of a tailored package of support that evolves as the needs of each individual change. As a Housing Association we manage a property portfolio worth ?120m which includes houses, bungalows, flats, studio apartments and retirement schemes, offering our customers a range of housing choices. Our team of over 200 people supports our residents in their local area through dedicated Customer and Neighbourhood Teams and from our base in Cheadle Hulme with a Customer Services Hub which gives support to both customers and colleagues. We receive funding from the Homes and Communities Agency and work in collaboration with local authorities, builders, landowners, and health authorities, voluntary groups and care agencies to provide appropriate homes and services.
