Our story starts in 2010 in an unlikely place. Vegas. Evelin from London, Sharon from Bristol. Bound by a joint ambition to create a different kind of recruitment consultancy. One that looked after its candidates. Two daiquiris, a pinkie promise and a transatlantic flight later, and Signature Recruitment was born. We started small. A cubbyhole in London with a fax machine (it was 2010!). A tiny office in Bristol overlooking the beautiful Brandon Hill. Bec Beasley and Chloe Crispin were the first people we placed. Word spread and soon we grew and we grew. Clients joined and stayed. And we now have up to 300 people placed at any one time. But some things never change. That same determination still drives us today. And one lesson we?ve learnt along the way, not everything that happens in Vegas should stay in Vegas. Evelin Zauchner & Sharon Alred
