Job Description:
Sous Chef - up to £40k plus £8k in tips - Arundel, Own Transport, Sunday and Mondays off, Thursday nights off. 4 split shifts plus one day shift, however we will give an extra evening off at least twice a month and will also grant requested days off for weddings, family parties where possible. £8k in tips. 2AA Rosette 36 cover restaurant with an extra 18 covers on the patio in the summer. Closed for 2 weeks in July and closed over the Christmas and New Year period.
Experience
We are looking for a Sous Chef to work with us in this all fresh food 2AA Rosette restaurant kitchen. You will ideally need to have either high end restaurant, hotel or high end gastro restaurant experience and all fresh food cooking experience to a high standard. But being reliable and having the right working attitude are just as important. We are looking for a well rounded Chef, driven with a passion for high quality food, who can thrive under pressure.
