Senior Pensions Client Services Analyst - Hybrid Working

They currently have an opportunity for a senior pensions professional to lead on quality service control, maintain standards and who can take the lead on implementing best practice within the team.
This role will see you interacting with key stakeholders both internally and externally, where you will play a pivotal part of their service delivery to clients, ensuring that they receive the information when they need it, in a suitable format, enabling them to gain clear information on their benefits and make informed decisions. This will furthermore include bit not be limited to:
* Working to Service Level Agreements and contributing to any best practice principles on member and client service delivery
* Managing and delivery ad hoc client requests across the portfolio
* Coaching junior members of the team on complex tasks or situations
* Leading on process improvement for clients and undertaking quality control calculation reviews on the team’s work
* Diving continual improvement around operational effectiveness and client profitability
* Presenting periodic reports for clients, regulatory and Trustee boards, including information on all operational work activities.
It is essential that you possess strong technical pension knowledge (specifically experience of DB but also ideally some knowledge of DC and hybrid schemes) and including being up to date with legislative changes, best practice and governance
You will be someone who is able to independently interact with key internal and external stakeholders (Including members), coupled with being able to take responsibility for the quality and delivery of your own work, peer review and provide broader quality control as needed
The role is offered on a flexible hybrid alignment out of the Glasgow or Edinburgh offices.
