We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation seeking an Import Coordinator working in Essex.

Responsibilities;
* Facilitating communication across our diverse network, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots, ensuring seamless operations.
* Tracking shipments for Imports
* Auditing supplier invoices for accuracy and addressing discrepancies as necessary.
* Monitoring vessel arrivals to stay ahead of logistics and scheduling needs.
* Initiating and managing internal files to maintain organizational efficiency and document control.
* Generating invoices to ensure accurate billing and financial documentation.
* Coordinating collections and deliveries, prioritizing adherence to customer deadlines for optimal satisfaction.

Skills Required;
* Experience working within Freight Forwarding industry
* Experience using software such as CNS, Multi Freight or Destin8
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Good attention to detail
