Job Description:
My clients a growing freight forwarder seeking an experienced FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK- must be fluent in either French or Italian based within the Mayfair area.
Duties would include:
* Assisting with shipping documentation
* Quoting clients
* Liaising with other offices within the UK & Europe
* Building relationship with clients
* Handling any queries
* General customer service and admin
Skills required:
* Knowledge of import and export operations
* Fluent in English and either French or Italian (written and verbal)
* Experience using Boxtop - desirable
* PC literate
* 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
Working hours:
* Monday- Friday 0900-1800 (office based)
