Mathematics Teacher * Location: Cambridgeshire

* Annual Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our secondary education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education and prior experience teaching at the secondary level. Day-to-day of the role: * Deliver engaging mathematics lessons to secondary school students, ensuring that each student is able to understand and apply mathematical concepts.
* Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments that align with the curriculum.
* Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
* Provide individual support and feedback to students to facilitate their academic growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop new teaching materials and coordinate activities.
* Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
* Maintain up-to-date records of students’ grades, attendance, and overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * A relevant degree in mathematics or mathematics education.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
* Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary education level.
* Strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment.
