Health, Safety and Environment Advisor, Full-Time, Contract - 12months, Southampton, £35,000 - £45,000
As a Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor, you’ll excel in a supportive work environment that prioritises the aspects of HSE and are eager to contribute to the journey of continuous improvement.

As Health, Safety and Environment Advisor you will:
* Offer expert counsel, advice, and assistance
* Perform internal audits of HSE management systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
* Engage actively in HSE meetings, committees, and forums to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Oversee HSE training needs and platforms to ensure staff competency and compliance.
* Oversee HSE training needs and platforms to ensure staff competency and compliance.
As Health, Safety and Environment Advisor you will have:
* NEBOSH HSE certificate (essential or working towards)
* Knowledge of ISO management standards 45001/3 and 14001 is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of competency and when to provide advice.
* Proficiency in functional HSE management systems.
