Job Description:
Job Title: Management Accountant
Salary: DOE
Location: Colnbrook
My client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team. You will need to be Qualified or part-qualified accountant with the following qualification: CIMA, ACCA, ACA. This is a fast-paced role, managing the accounts for a growing company so previous experience working in a similar role is must. This role will be covering both the UK and Europe so previous experience working across these regions would be beneficially.
Duties:
* Preparing monthly management accounts
* Supporting schedules for UK and European subsidiaries
* Monthly consolidation of European companies across multiple divisions
* Assisting in annual audit process
* Preparing monthly reporting packs and various balance sheet and expense accounts
* Oversee the preparation of monthly project costing, recharges and comparison to budget with variance analysis
* Preparing weekly cashflows for subsidiaries
* VAT and intrastat reporting
* Compiling budget information from UK and European subsidiaries and creating local and regional budgets
* Ensuring compliance with financial internal controls and policies are maintained
* Identifying and driving process improvements
