Job Description:
Role: Property Administrator
Location: Edinburgh
Pertemps are recruiting a Property Administrator to join our client, an Edinburgh based Esatte Agent.
Responsibilities:
* Organiuse access to properties
* Liaise with contractors are relevant staff
* Support the distribution of service charge budgets
* Manage rates notification forms, liaise with local councils
* Communicate with relevant parties over change in tenancies
* Handle general queries from tenants, suppliers and contractors
* Support the production of client reports
About You:
* Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within property or legal
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software
* Knowledge of property laws and regulations is desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
