UCH Logistics is a dynamic, customer focused provider of specialist transport services to the airfreight industry.
We are now seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for our Late Shift operation on a full time, permanent basis at our Warehouse on Manchester Airport.
This is a varied role and will include, but is not limited to the following:
* Operating a Fork Lift Truck to safely unload, load and move freight
* Checking in and booking in shipments on our in-house system
* Unloading and loading freight from Company and third party vehicles (including double deck trailers)
* Ensuring the warehouse is kept in a safe, tidy manner
* Carrying out a variety of adhoc warehouse-related tasks
The right candidates must have:
* Excellent Forklift driving experience
* A 5 year checkable work/location history
The right candidates will ideally have:
* Airfreight/Logistics industry experience would be an advantage
* An enjoyment of physical and varied work
* Great customer service and team working skills
* A flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to make a valuable contribution to this busy team.
In return, we are offering:
* £13 per hour (£30,420 per annum)
* Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday & Monday to Friday available 14:00 - 00:00
