We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Turnaround Manager to join our team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract within our Care Regulated Services. In this pivotal role, the Turnaround Manager will collaborate closely with the Registered Manager, staff, stakeholders, and residents to optimize the service offering and productivity of our care homes.
As the Turnaround Manager, your responsibilities will include conducting audits, devising action plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coaching managementlevel staff. The Turnaround Manager will play a leadership role, advocating for residents and fostering a culture that embraces innovation, new ideas, and technology.
In this role, the Turnaround Manager will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of care home management, ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining high care standards, and implementing effective governance processes. Additionally, the Turnaround Manager will deliver engaging learning support to enhance staff potential and promote positive relationships with residents and their families.

Do you have?
* Possess either RMA/NVQ 4/ILM 5 or Registered nurse qualification
* Demonstrated managerial experience in a large, complex care home
* Proficiency in turnaround requirements and, or service improvement
* Familiarity with social care and its regulatory system
