Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: £16,000 – £19,000 per annum 
Start Date: Immediately

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) : 
* Assist dynamic lessons: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons to pupils by giving support on a 1:1 basis.
* Tailored support: Provide personalized support to students, nurturing academic excellence.
* Positive environment: Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation.
* Innovative collaboration: Work alongside educators to develop creative teaching strategies and resources.
* Holistic development: Contribute to the social and emotional growth of students, promoting their well-being. 
 
Qualities We Seek: 
* Educational background: Hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, focusing on primary education.
* Positive demeanour: Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and caring approach to working with students.
* Enhanced DBS: Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo the process.
* Checkable work history: Have a fully checkable work history.
