Position: Sales Manager - Sunbury on Thames
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic with potential earnings of up to £70,000 OTE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our award-winning estate agency in Sunbury. As part of a thriving, multi-office estate agency, you will lead our busy office and drive growth in the local market.
Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain a dominant market share in the area
* Drive revenue maximisation and expand the property portfolio
* Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Ensure branch profitability by meeting financial targets
* Manage team performance effectively, implement action plans, and achieve results
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Estate Agency and a strong customer service background
* Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious targets
* Strong team management skills
* Inherent motivation and unwavering enthusiasm
* Commitment to high standards of service and presentation
* Strong organisational abilities and innovative market growth strategies
* Possession of a full driving license
