The Opportunity: We are in search of a skilled and passionate Bartender to join a team at a premium residential bar/lounge located in the prestigious Battersea area. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional in bartending and mixology, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Hours: Flexible shifts from 10 AM to 10 PM, operating on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests to the bar/lounge.
* Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
* Craft a variety of cocktails and serve refreshments and snacks.
* Offer expert drink recommendations with a creative twist.
* Maintain a well-stocked bar, including bottle and keg replacements.
* Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the Premium Facilities Host.
* Order supplies and oversee stock management.
* Ensure the cleanliness of the bar, including glass washing and surface sanitizing.
* Process card payments and verify customer age with ID checks.
* Prepare the bar/lounge for closing.
* Support event setup and execution.
* Coordinate with contractors for repair, maintenance, and service tasks.
* Uphold licensing regulations regarding occupancy, behavior, noise, and conduct.
* Enforce guest policy adherence within the lounge area.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
* Experienced in mixology and bartending.
* Competent with IT systems and software.
* Exceptional customer service aptitude.
