Job role:           Primary Trained Teacher
Location:          Yiewsley Grange, West Drayton
Hours:              38.5 hours per week
Salary:              Up to £42,000 per annum
Contract:          Permanent, Term Time only
Are you a SEN Primary Teacher committed to improving the lives of young people?
We are looking for experienced Teachers to join our fantastic team at Yiewsley Grange School due to growth in service. As an Primary Trained Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil’s achievement and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. You will be given the freedom and flexibility to create practical and creative lessons to help meet our students’ individual needs.  The school is currently creating a bespoke curriculum to underpin this commitment. 
Our pupils have a range of Severe Learning Difficulties, making this the most rewarding of roles.  Because the pupils may have challenging behaviour, the Primary Trained Teacher will assist them with focusing, regulating and communicating effectively.

We are looking for a Teacher, experienced in teaching Special Educational Needs pupils who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.
Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN/ASC environment would be desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.
Educated to degree level with QTS, Primary trained experience, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.
About us:
At Yiewsley Grange, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 3.5 and 19. Located across two sites. Our Primary School, supports around c55 students. Our students are taught in smaller class sizes and all students work towards a variety of qualifications dependent on their needs and ability.
This vacancy is to teach young people aged 4 - 11, who are learning at a variety of ability levels.
