Job Description:
Pure are recruiting for a leading business in the Lowestoft looking to add two Are Sales managers to their team.
Are you commercially focused, a quick thinker, and customer obsessed? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our passionate team as an Account Manager for our Specialist Collection. You will be based in our Lowestoft office. (4 days per week, 1 day from home), managing and nurturing relationships with customers throughout the UK.
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximising the commercial and strategic objectives of our customers.
. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Build relationships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their operations, performance, and areas for improvement.
* Customer Visits: Visit customer across the UK to ensure the guest experience is exceptional, maintain or improve reviews, and uphold high standards.
* Enhancing Performance: Ensure accounts are presented, promoted, and marketed effectively. Work with internal stakeholders to enhance the performance of your accounts.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance representing customers in your region, ensuring they meet performance standards.
* Creativity and Commercialism: Use your creativity to drive results and demonstrate the impact of your ideas through regular reports.
* Revenue and Retention: Be responsible for revenue, retention, growth, and re-contracting of your portfolio of accounts.
