Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with
local building codes and safety regulations.
* Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to determine the
layout of electrical systems.
* Perform regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues
before they become emergencies.
* Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure the successful
completion of projects.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
* Provide guidance and training to apprentices and less experienced electricians as needed.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electrical systems
and technology.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain proposed solutions,
and address any concerns.
