Job Description:
Full or Part time Sales negotiator required for award winning independent Estate Agency in the South Devon / Dartmoor area with a friendly team environment up to £33,000 on target earnings.
A leading independent practice of estate and lettings agents are currently seeking a sales negotiator. You will be working for a long established firm, who take pride in offering a friendly, professional service tailored to meet their clients’ needs. They have been successfully selling country estates, farms and houses across the region for many years.
They are looking for a smart and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the energy and drive needed to succeed in a busy sales environment and the ability to work effectively on their own and as part of a successful team.
With at least one years’ experience of working within estate agency or lettings, carrying out viewings, sales progression / admin and with an excellent track record of success and a comprehensive understanding of the property market and the legal aspects. You will be enthusiastic and pride yourself on keeping your clients happy. The successful applicant will be able to bring not only enthusiasm but also a commitment to succeed and a determination to be one of the very best in the business. In return there will be a rewarding package with good basic salary and of course the real chance of a progressive career path.
Salary in the region of £27,000 - £30,000 with OTE up to £29,000 - £33,000 (pro rata for part time) depending on experience. Full time hours include every other Saturday. You will need your own car but a mileage allowance will be given for business miles.
