Job Description:
A growing and exciting business that is playing a key part in the provision of the best talent solutions into the digital public sector is looking for an HR Advisor to join the team. You will be working a company that provides resource to the most prestigious government departments from the Cabinet Office to the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office and all manner of local and regional organisations that are delivering our public services. You will be a key player helping our team to develop relationships with our clients and delivering the latest technology skills.
What you’ll do as HR Advisor:
* Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
* Managing the company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings
* Ensuring that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
* Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
* Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
* Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
* Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
* Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
* Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
* Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
