Engineering Teacher / Lecturer
We are working with a dynamic Secondary School in Lincolnshire, who are seeking to appoint a Qualified Teacher or Lecturer of Engineering, at this exciting time as their T Level provision grows!
We are looking for someone who is eager to be part of a team of specialists dedicated to achieving high standards in teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Industry experience will be beneficial although CPD relevant to the qualifications can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate will be familiar with L3 Engineering and Manufacturing qualifications and will be able to teach the core elements for light and electric vehicles.
* Capability to plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons in specialist classrooms and workshops which include diagnostic equipment.
* Willingness and enthusiasm to organize and run extra-curricular activities
* Ability to motivate students and achieve excellent results
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status, including Early Career Teachers(QTS), QTLS, DTTLS or DSAT experience
* Excellent organizational skills and a deep appreciation for subject
* Ability to form positive working relationships with both staff and pupils
* Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
