Job title: Finance Change PMO
Location: Welwyn Garden City/Hybrid
Duration: 3 months initially

The role:
The Project Portfolio Management Office spans across Finance Change and Enabling Functions and is responsible for the portfolio strategy development and alignment of projects and programmes to business objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Day to day financial management, annual planning, long-term planning & benefits management.
· Management of new and existing resources, headcount, vacancies, onboarding and capacity planning.
· Management of all project management data, tools, reports and the quality assurance of all PPMO activities.
· Set up of all standards, methodologies and frameworks as well as the creation of all process maps.
Requirements:
· Strategic background
· Finance change/transformation experience
· Experience in managing the roadmaps on projects
· Refining and initiating new processes
