Job Description:
PA (Hybrid) needed in Cwmbran, £14.40ph PAYE - Reference: 361808
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives.
* Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents for meetings.
* Handle written correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports.
* Assist with call handling, filtering inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
* Maintain confidential files and records related to executive matters.
* Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Please note this is not an immediate start as there is a vetting process prior to starting
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
