Job Description:
Reed are working with a well-established and customer focused organisation based in King’s Lynn, recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor and looking for a proactive customer service professional to join the team on a permanent full time basis.
Role Tasks:
* Handle incoming customer calls and email enquiries regarding spare parts
* Logging call information on the CRM system
* Organising returns and collections.
* Chasing orders, due dates, PODs etc.
* Processing export quotes and orders, and dealing with queries.
* Handling service tasks
* Uploading invoices, raising credits, using customer portals for orders, invoices and quotations
* Investigating incorrect parts
* Logging and dealing with complaints and issues in a timely manner
* Working closely with other departments
Requirements
* Existing office-based experience within customer service, service coordination or sales administration.
* Confident telephone manner with strong listening and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure, problem solve and use initiative
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Professional written communication skills
* Strong organisation and time management skills
Package
* Salary of upto £24,000
