Role Overview:
We are actively seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in private equity-backed companies. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a "Buy & Build" B2B services environment.
As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy alongside the CEO. You’ll be an integral part of the senior executive team, driving the formulation and execution of the expansion strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Seasoned CFO: You have a history of success in private equity within B2B Business Services or Professional Services sectors. Experience of working within a business that has scaled internationally from revenues of £15 million to £50 million.
* Mergers and Acquisitions: You bring a track record of successfully navigating mergers and acquisitions within a "Buy & Build" business model
* Strategic Partner: As a strategic partner to the CEO, you excel at collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement key strategic initiatives.
* Finance Transformation: You are experienced in transforming finance functions to be robust and efficient following institutional investment.
* Location: Based in the South West of England or willing to relocate.
