Personal Tax Manager - Maidenhead
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all compliance and advisory needs are met
* Provide exceptional client service, fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
* Work collaboratively with the wider Tax team to deliver on project goals.
* Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
* Contribute to the development and training of junior team members.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.
Profile
A successful Personal Tax Manager should have:
* A recognised professional tax or accounting qualification.(CTA/ACA/ACCA)
* Experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients within a tax environment.
* Strong technical knowledge in personal tax.
* Exceptional client service skills.
* The ability to identify and deliver on business growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication and team-working skills.
