Job Title: Production Operative (Semi-skilled)
Location: Newport (Magor)
Salary: £12.68 per hour
Hours: Full time, days regular, however you must be flexible work shifts
Here at The Recruitment Co, we are currently recruiting a Production Operative (Semi-skilled) to work for client based in Newport (Magor). This is a full time & permanent position.
Main Job roles
* Working in the Steel frame assembly area
* Y-Wall sawing area
* CP boarding area
* Cutting Steel
* General assembling
* Using hand tools

Required Experience
* Ability to read 2D and 3D drawings
* Experience and knowledge of using power tools (drills, ratchet guns, grinders, torque wrenches, etc.)
* Experience and knowledge of using hand tools (spanners, screwdrivers, etc.)
* Role requires some heavy lifting
* Previous experience of assembling large panels/equipment/other types of machines or construction assembling is preferred.
* Computer literate would be an advantage
* A good team player
* Capable of using their own initiative
* H&S awareness
* Due to location you must be able to drive
