Job Description:
Our client in the construction industry, is experiencing significant growth. As a result, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate project paperwork for contractors and sub-contractors within the in-house database.
- Evaluate, organize, and prioritize workload effectively to meet project schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure all equipment meets required standards and is fit for purpose.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the activities of assigned contractors.
- Collaborate with the Operations Department to support and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective receipt of goods by working closely with suppliers.
- Raise purchase orders using the company’s CRM system.
- Assist with hotel bookings when required.
