Job Description:
Teaching Assistant
*Location: Wakefield region, West Yorkshire
*Contract: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible working
*Salary: £85-£95 per day (dependent upon experience)

Day to Day of the role:
*Assist with classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
*Support individual students with their academic and social development.
*Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson materials and resources.
*Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with additional needs.
*Monitor student progress and report back to teaching staff, contributing to the overall success of the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Relevant experience working with children or young people is highly desirable.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students to succeed.
*Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and needs, ensuring all students can thrive.
