Occupational Health Manager
Permanent

£38,000 > £52,000 (DOE)
We are working with an industry leader in their field who are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager for their Suffolk factory.
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will proactively lead the achievement of less than 3% site absence at this site, with a particular focus on:
* minimising long-term absence
* consistently applying procedures to address short-term absence
* promoting healthy lifestyles
Key Criteria
* Occupational Health Degree or Diploma (desirable)
* Experienced in assessing Employee’s fitness for work & implementing good rehabilitation plans
* Self-motivated with high levels of resilience
* Excellent communicator
* Strong IT skills, including Excel & PowerPoint to present data accurately and concisely
* Business acumen & awareness of the importance of cost competitive solutions
* Team leadership
* Bold delivery with a ’can do’ attitude
* Change Agent – focus on continuous improvement
Package
* Monday to Friday, typically 8.30am > 4.30pm
* £38,000 > £52,000 (depending on experience)
