Job Description:
Role: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000-£40,000 DOE
Pertemps are recruiting a Conveyancing Paralegal to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
* Conduct legal research and due diligence for property transactions
* Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
* Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team
About You:
* 1+ years experience in a Conveyancing role
* In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures in the Scottish legal system
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in legal research and document drafting
