Job Description:
Our client, a well-established leading building contractor, have an excellent opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join their growing business. They provide accredited building services to clients throughout the corporate, commercial and public sectors.
The role will be a full-time permanent position, Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm, office based in East Dorset.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to join the team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Head of Finance and Administration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, and ideally experience in fleet administration.
Requirements:
* Provide an efficient administrative service including collating, inputting and maintaining data
* Booking MOTs, services and maintenance
* Managing associated accounts (fuel cards / recovery / trackers)
* Upkeeping of records of drivers
* Tracking maintenance costs, fuel usage, etc.
* Responding to breakdowns (liaising with breakdown company / recovery / garages etc.)
* Providing administrative support to the wider team
* Carrying out other administrative duties as required
Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
