The Role:
* Business development.
* Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
* Negotiating and objection handling.
* Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
* Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
* Lead & referral generating.
* Learning to become an expect in your market.
